Review of Backyard Dog (Paperback)

This book gave me a feeling of connection to the characters (puppies)while at the same time it taught me a lot about how people don't really understand how deeply their pets feel.As a proverbial optimist, I wantto believe in the best in people. After reading this book, I came to realize that some people really are not very sensitive nor kind.In fact, there were times when I wanted to reach into the page and grab a character to say, "You're dog is in trouble."I know that any animal lover will have a hard time putting this book down - it's a true grabber.
