I found Chapter 7 "Selling your house on your own" to be the best information applicable for FSBO selling in these tough times.The entire book is a must read, but this chapter gives incredible methods for both those in foreclosure danger as wellas those who are just trying to sell a home at the best possible return without having to pay a commission.Mr. Goulet could probably write an entire book just expanding on this that could help any homeowner looking to sell their home and keep a large portion of their equity.I look forward to that one!
