This book is an excellent resource for anyone struggling with health problems. I found suggestion in this book, that made great change for me. I had terrible chest pain that bothered me for long time. I have read chapter on chest/heart and found remedy, I am free of the pain. This experience made me write this review. Well researched book, read carefully.
