Review of Midwest Top 10 Garden Guide: The 10 Best Roses, 10 Best Trees--the 10 Best of Everything You Need - The Plants Most Likely to Thrive in Your Garden - Your ... Important Tasks in the Garden Each Month (Paperback)

As a new and inexperienced gardener, I found this book to be very helpful when planning my small garden. The language is very clear and easy to understand, especially for people who are unfamiliar with basic garden terminology. In addition to planting tips, there are sections devoted to all the different types of plants, flowers, and shrubs. Each spread contains basic information about various plants, including information on when and where to plant them, specific planting instructions and a "TLC" section for each plant. There are also beautiful color photos of hundreds of different plants and suggestions on which plants make great garden companions. I'm very glad that I have this book to help me along during my adventures in gardening!
