About the Author
Carol M. Olmstead, FSII, The Feng Shui Maven, is a consultant, author, and speaker specializing in practical, contemporary applications of Feng Shui for our homes, offices, and businesses. Carol practices a contemporary version of Feng Shui that honors the essence of its 5,000-year-old Chinese heritage but focuses on the practical applications for our culture today. Carol first learned about Feng Shui more than 12 years ago when she was a marketing communications consultant. She rearranged the furniture in her office and two weeks later signed a contract to consult for a week in Hawaii which extended into a second week after she got there.
